Riverfront Denver Condo Project Unveiled
East West partners announced details about their new Denver condo project called Riverfront. These luxury Denver condos will start at around $1 million dollars.There are only 18 units available and square footage will range from 1600 to 2200, and the condos will feature a half-acre private park (apparently the largest private park in Denver).
The condos will be designed by 4240 Architecture. The views will be phenomenal, and will create a resort like feel. The condos will be located across Little Raven street.
The project will start this summer and is expected to take 8 months.
