Beazer Homes Declares Cash Dividend

ATLANTA----Beazer Homes USA, Inc. today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of ten cents per share of common stock. The cash dividend will be payable on June 22, 2007 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 11, 2007.
