KB Home (NYSE:KBH) and Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. (NYSE:MSO) today announced plans to bring homes designed by Martha Stewart and built by KB Home to Denver.
The project is called KB Home Stapleton: Homes Created with Martha Stewart. It is located in Denver
’s Stapleton neighborhood and is touted as the largest urban redevelopment project in the country.
The houses range in square footage from 1,593 to 2,084 square feet and will feature 3 to 4 bedrooms and are designed exclusively for the Stapleton project. The homes will start in the mid $300s, twith 5 floor plans to choose from. Features will include porches, and front patios and porches, and of course, spacious kitchens. The communities exterior styles are inspired by Martha Stewart
’s homes on the eastern seaboard. Special Martha Stewart instpired enhancements will also be avaliable for interior designs and upgrades.
