Affordable Condo Development Opens In Denver
Mercy Housing has opened their new Denver development, Legacy at City Park South . The development is one of the few Denver condo complexes that provides access to people who make less than the area’s median income. Many Denver condos are built for luxury, such as Grant Park and the Landmark. These condos are out of the reach of homeowner’s in this income range.
The Denver condos are a 33 unit building located in east Denver. The condo prices start at $93,800 and go up to $177,800. Mercy Housing states that these prices are 20-50 percent below current market rates for home in that area of Denver. 97% of the units have already been sold.
