Real Estate Investors Ready for Colorado Foreclosure Auctions
This weekend there are 2 big auctions where several hundred Colorado homes will be on the auction block. Colorado has been experiencing a high foreclosure rate, and may even set a record number for foreclosures for 2007. While unfortunate for the owners and lenders, this leads to a great year of opportunity for real estate investors.
Not all homes that are up for auction will be great investments though, so do you homework. Inspect each home and know what repairs are needed.

Renaissance Denver Hotel
You will need to bring a cashier’s check made payable to yourself for $5,000. In addition, be prepared to pay 5 percent of the winning amount.
Real Estate Disposition
August 4 and 5th
Colorado Convention Center
Starts at 9:30, registration begins at 8 AM.
Rules: You must have a photo ID and a check for $2500, or if higher, 5% of the winning bid, plus 5% for buyers premium.
